A multicentric observational registry (GC-REG-01) is underway, coordinated by Dr Marius Nedelcu (bariatric surgeon) with a multidisciplinary scientific committee. The study documents usage, tolerance, behavioral outcomes, and weight trajectories in routine clinical practice.
Initial exploratory data from an 11-patient feasibility observation demonstrated consistent behavioral effects (91% portion reduction, 81% earlier satiety, 3–6% weight reduction) with good tolerance and no serious adverse events.
